Just a few notes for now:
- Frazier is very pleased with Kyle Rudolph's confidence, says that his Pro Bowl performance "flipped a switch" and he's improved greatly since.
- Jared Allen won't practice until the official training camp because of his surgeries, and he's regrowing the mullet. Let's call that so-so/good news for now. At the very least, we know he's being watched carefully and won't be at risk of pushing himself into worse injuries. All hail the mullet!
- Brian Robison picked up two INTs today, which is great considering the limited reps we're allowed in voluntary OTAs.
- Ponder managing the hurry-up offense creditably. Goodness knows, our two-minute drill needs some fine-tuning!
- Greg Jennings was on the field and moving just fine. So it was definitely just a tweaked ankle.
- Lots of nickel defense today. As long as Henderson keeps himself together and Greenway paces himself...and Cook stays in good shape, this is good news.
- Adrian Peterson wants more CATCHES. I am torn between being appalled (we need him to stay healthy) and intrigued. God damn, I miss Percy Harvin. I hate the Seahawks...cheering for him while he's wearing those colors will be tough.
- Sherels may not make the team this year...if rumors are true...not sure what I think about that, to be honest.
- Cornerback Jacob Lacey had thumb surgery, can't play until camp. Be interesting to see if he makes the team after this setback.
That's all for now folks. SKOL!
